President, Heraeus Kulzer, LLC - Heraeus Dental

Mr. Holden has served as President of Heraeus Kulzer, LLC since January of 2006, and has been with Heraeus since 2001. Prior to taking on the leadership role in North America, he served as Division Head for the Global Dentistry Division.

His career in the dental industry began with Dentsply, managing various roles in sales and marketing. He has served on the Industry Advisory Board for JADA and has recently been invited to serve on the Board of Fellows, Harvard University School of Dentistry. Heraeus has ascended to be recognized as the preeminent esthetic oral health care company actively striving to Transform Lives.
