Ultrasonic Solutions: Dri-Clave VK Ultrasonic Cleaning Solutions:

VK-1 General Purchase Cleaner: Dri-Clave VK-1 is formulated especially for the removal of buffing compounds, pumice, rouge, tripoli, food particles, foreign matter and soils of all types from dentures, bridges, crowns, orthodontic appliances, instruments, burs, reamers, diamonds, aspirator tips & glass slabs.

Must be used as ultrasonic conductor when using other ultrasonic solutions in glass beaker. Mix 1 part VK-1 with 10 parts water. Immerse items to be cleaned directly in tank for 2-10 minutes. Rinse items well in water.
VK-3 Plaster and Stone Remover: Dri-Clave VK-3 is ready to use formula that is formulated especially for removal of plaster and stone from bridges, crowns, dentures, inlays, impression trays and spatulas.

Use undiluted VK-3 in glass beaker immersed in VK-1 solution. Use VK-1 solution as ultrasonic conductor between tank and beaker. Cover item with VK-3 chemical; clean 5-10 minutes; rinse thoroughly with water. Should not be used on aluminum and only in a glass beaker. Keep beaker covered. Dentures should not be left in this or any cleaning solution for more than 30 minutes.
VK-4 Tartar and Stain Remover: VK-4 Tartar and Stain Remover is a ready-to-use formula especially for removal of calculus, tartar, tobacco and food stains from dentures, bridges and orthodontic appliances.

Use undiluted VK-4 in a covered glass beaker immersed in VK-1 solution that acts as the ultrasonic conductor between tank and beaker. Cover item with VK-4 chemical; clean 5-10 minutes; rinse item with water. Dentures, bridges, orthodontic appliances and other acrylic items should be neutralized in a solution of 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soap diluted in a cup of water.
VK-6 Temporary Cement Remover: VK-6 is a ready-to-use formula especially formulated for removal of temporary cement from bridges, crowns, inlays, splints, acrylic dentures, orthodontic appliances and instruments.

Use undiluted VK-6 in a glass beaker immersed in VK-1 solution. VK-1 solution acts as the ultrasonic conductor between tank and beaker; clean 5-10 minutes; rinse item with water.
