SOUTH BEND, IN (September 22, 2009) - Heraeus Kulzer, LLC, the worldwide leader in dental esthetics, currently donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of its provisional material, Venus Temp C&B, to the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation (NCOHF) annually. During the fourth quarter of 2009, Heraeus will donate an additional $1.00 to the NCOHF for every cartridge of Venus® Temp C&B purchased.
Venus® Temp C&B is a natural-looking temporary material that offers the same esthetics found in final restorations. It is indicated for the fabrication of esthetic temporary crowns and bridges, inlays, onlays, and veneers. Additionally, its unique and proprietary formulation makes it ideal for long-span bridges.
“Especially in these times, we understand how important it is to help the underserved children in our communities receive the oral healthcare they need,” stated Chris Holden, President of Heraeus. “We are honored to support NCOHF and applaud the work that they do.”
“It is only through the generous donations of companies like Heraeus that we can continue to provide the much needed care to help the millions of children in our country who do not have access to, or cannot afford, proper dental care,” said Fern Ingber, President and CEO of NCOHF: America’s Toothfairy. “We are grateful to Heraeus for their constant generosity and corporate responsibility.”
The National Children’s Oral Health Foundation is nonprofit organization, dedicated to raising awareness of the #1 chronic childhood illness: pediatric dental disease, facilitating delivery of comprehensive pediatric oral health services, and eliminating this preventable disease from future generations.
